Any contracted TriNet broker partner is eligible to participate in the Broker Elite Program. Full qualification requirements can be found in the Broker Elite Program Terms and Conditions.
The current qualification period runs from February 1 through January 31.
A broker or brokerage is an entity that is a contracted TriNet Broker Partner and eligible to receive referral fees from TriNet.
WSE Persistency is the percentage of brokerage-referred TriNet WSEs retained from the beginning of the qualification period compared to the end of the qualification period.
Brokers can earn rewards per WSE based on growth and client persistency targets, with additional payouts for achieving Elite Status.
Elite Status is achieved by hitting both the WSE growth target and the client persistency target.
