2026 Broker Elite Bonus Program Terms and Conditions
Program Qualification
Any brokerage is eligible for the program, however which tier a brokerage qualifies for is dependent on the number of WSEs in their book of TriNet PEO business as of the end of the Qualification Period (January 31st, 2027)
Tiered Per-WSE Reward
A Tiered Per-WSE reward shall be made available to a broker hitting either (1) a WSE % growth target or (2) attaining 85% annual Client Persistency. Broker Elite Status is achieved if both targets are hit, which includes an additional bonus.

Terms and Conditions
- "Qualification Period" is defined as February 1st, 2026, through January 31, 2027.
- 15% WSE Growth to be determined by comparing the number of a broker's PEO-referred WSEs at the beginning of the Qualification Period to those at the end of the Qualification Period.
- Brokerage cannot qualify for the 15% WSE growth reward solely through organic WSE growth but must also place at least 2 new clients with TriNet during the Qualification Period.
- A "Broker or Brokerage" is defined as an entity to which TriNet has an existing contract with and pays regular referral fees.
- "Client Persistency" is defined as the percentage of broker-referred TriNet clients with unique Client IDs retained from the beginning of the Qualification Period compared to the end of the Qualification Period.
- Which Tier a brokerage qualifies for will be determined based on the number of PEO-referred WSEs or Active TriNet PEO Clients in place at the beginning of the Qualification Period..
Brokerages may only qualify for a Bronze Tier bonus if they have reached a minimum of 50 WSEs (resulting in a minimum growth bonus of $250)
TriNet will track and audit broker performance throughout the Qualification Period.
All results are based upon the final numbers and standings through and including January 31, 2027. Results will be audited by TriNet. TriNet will communicate the results on or around March 28, 2027. Any results or recognition released prior to the final determinations are preliminary and non-binding, subject to the final audit.
All qualification standards are absolute, and there are no exceptions to these Terms and Conditions.
Where there are multiple criteria referenced for qualification, every criterion must be met for the broker to qualify.
The TriNet DVP, Broker Sales has full and absolute discretion and approval authority for all attendees, including guests. TriNet reserves the exclusive right to modify, cancel, terminate, or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions and qualification requirements for Broker Elite Status at any time upon notice to impacted brokers, including but not limited to cancelation or modification of the Broker Elite Bonus Program.
